Getting Back Up; Over and Over and Over Again.

Jan 31, 2022

Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don’t quit.

Conrad Hilton

I think of it as falling down and getting back up; over and over and over again.  For me, the trick is realizing we don’t know the correct path. The “failures” along the way are error corrections or needed lessons to re-align us on our journey. Our path in life is not the shortest distance between two points. Although, accepting the lessons provided to us along the way is the fastest route to getting what we want from this life.

When we fall or make mistakes, our job is to get back up and make a different choice; go in a different direction. All in the face of knowing we will fall down again. That’s life. It is full of risks and scary things. Everything we want is on the other side of risk and fear. And the fear we associate with it, is of our own making. Thus, the risks are too. A change of perception is the crux and solution.

What helps you get back up, dust yourself off and get back on this ride of life?
